Vault of piety celestial coin problem

That link is from a year ago.
I attempt to purchase Elixir of Fate with 10+ coins, "You do not have enough Celestial Coins."
I attempt to purchase Wild Storm Elixir with 100+ Ardent Coins, I get a stack of 20 and lose 40 coins.
This is an intermittent problem, but it's there 80% of the time for me. I don't want to buy coffers, I want Elixirs. When is this getting fixed? Why does this store have its own structure and not use the same structure as other stores? More importantly, *why hasn't this been addressed a year or more ago??* Because it's a "free" currency shop? C'mon, guys.
