How long has the Hunting The Yeti in Bryn Shander been Uncompleatable?

Yeti disappears for part two, then all is lost. Leads you to a Knucklehead an' that's where it stops.

I did it 4 times without a problem. Just yesterday was the last time. I'm also on PS4.
I remember that I once switched the instance for the second part, because the fish interactable wasn't there(?), but recently it worked fine.

Thank you, Had same problem next day. Changed to different instance (#9 with less ppl) and it worked.
