Found a cool character picture in one of the D&D Reddits:



Can we have such a cloak please? Is it possible to add the celestial stag graphical effect to a regular item?

    Something similar already exists... the Starry Winter Cloak from the Winter Festival.

    That's... not exactly the same. The Starry Winter Cloak is pretty amazing, but this one looks pretty awesome too.
