Load out bug: Where did my shirt go and my silvery 12 in it!??

I got on yesterday and switched to my main loadout (pve) and my shirt was red colored and I can see a message saying that the item is missing. I know myself and I know I wouldn't delete my items specially with a rank 12 enchantment in it. Why everytime I change loadouts my items and artifacts end up in my overflow bag??? I thought the purpose of a second load out is for that equipment to stay with that load out??? I'm sorry if I sound angry but this is crazy. Where the hell is my shirt and enchantment?

I was given the right shirt but there was still something missing. The silvery 12 I had in that shirt. Is not reinforced with ever frost like my original but I can do that no problem that is cheap. What is not cheap is that silvery 12 that is still missing.... help????
