Campaign not available in zen market

I have a lvl 70 alt that I want to purchase the under dark campaign completion for. For some reason it isn't available for me in the zen market. I have not completed this campaign on the character but it has been started. It shows up in the store for all my other alts. Why isn't it available for purchase?
