Zen Store malfunction??

i would like to buy the ToD campaing finshing token bane of the dragon cult, but for the one i want to buy it on its not visible on the zen store at all, where as some of my characters can see it as plain as day, i have already i thread but i think i started it in the wrong section so here i am now :D

    + ive taken screen shots as some people think im crazy, is there a way to upload them to the fourms?
