Spellplague Master - Runic Chest...

Not long since unlocked Spellplague Master, and was wondering what the drops are like on the Runic Box.
I don't like buying Dragon keys, but its infinitely preferable to running Storm Kings Thunder in order to unlock the "make key" reward.

The question I was pondering was... "is it actually worth either?"

    Everything from the chests in msp is bound, so pretty pointless spending 45 mins running it IMO.

    Or is it one of those where you don't know till you get it?
    And are we talking Underdark Rings, or what?

    Both I think, all we seem to get in there when we use a dragon key is a rank5 enchantment and a black opal, so we no longer bother with it.

    I was expecting at least something out of the Illusionists Gambit portfolio.

    I've heard the only reason worth running it is the weekly Ruby reward for msva, edemo, fbi and msp.

    But you can also buy the ancient key from the travelling merchant in RD for EoE...
