I accidently discarded legendary wheel of elements anyway i can get it back?

I discarded a nearly mythic Waters of Elah'zad during Simril
probably like you I hit discard instead of refine and because I had been discarding the unbelievable amount of useless stuff from that event .. just hit the OK button without thinking

now I am stuck with 4 artifacts that cannot be use to refine another.
which mean to get a better artifact I will need to discard one of those ; (

having tried to get back another item I had done something similar with once before and being politely told to be more careful.. I never tried to to see about getting this one back
