Castle Never Chests

Just completed a Castle Never run and the chests upon completion aren't accessible (and weren't accessible to others by the look of things). I entered when the rest if the group was half way through if that helps identify the issue.

I'm assuming there's no way to access the rewards at a later date?

Nope you will get told its not possible to give you any rewards that might or might not have been awarded because.....rng.Its CS's favourite get out of jail card.

If you find yourself not in the group sometimes that glitches the chests

If you are in the rifts when Orcus is killed - no loot for you

If you are my healadin you will find that you have trouble getting out of combat and may have to wait until everyone else leaves the instance - desummon your companion and turn off everything you possibly can and then MAYBE you'll get out of combat long enough to open the chests.

Just hope that a dev type sees and figures out that this is an ongoing problem with players because every time I make a report about something being wrong I get told its not happening so I have stopped reporting anything I dont see why I should waste my time.
