Arc should compensate ALL players

with the farce that has been the 4th anniversary week,the last in a long line of problematic failures by the company, is it just me feeling let down? does anyone else feel its time they repaid us with something worth while rather than that tat they seem to think will appease us? with the millions of pounds/dollars the community has put into this game isnt it about time we were treated with respect by the company instead of just having our voices ignored? i personally think everyone should be given a free 50 key and 1 months vip pack, but arc dont care enough to say sorry to us in such a respectful way!

Oh come on - the sale didn't work for 7 hours so they extended it for 24 hours, that's more than fair. You're not interested in apologies, you just want freebies.

What did you lose? Sales were extended to make up for the lost time.

How were we ignored? They acknowledged the problems, and while it was not a minute to minute update, they did let know that they were working on the problem.

A free 50 key and VIP pack for everyone? Let's see... That would be about $750,000,000. Well, I just have no words about something as stupid as that.

There's no need for them to do any more than they have regarding the zen sale.
I would, however, like to vent a little steam at the fact that I assumed I was just having a run of bad luck escorting merchants all over the bloody place all weekend in the hope of getting enough figurines to get that damnable key, only to find out that I would need to buy them through the zen store to stand a chance.

I bet this is the guy who orders a steak and doesn't get it perfectly cooked to his liking, and demand the entire party of 4 get free meals.

Cryptic (not Arc) has issues, but I think they handled this one pretty well. It didn't take months, it was communicated pretty well, and resolved in a decent, reasonable way.

Don't be so greedy - just because something doesn't go as planned doesn't mean they should shower you with compensation.

This was posted today. After the reset this morning the Zen store showed 50% off all items again but nothing happened if you tried to purchase.

Many bought zen before trying a test purchase only to find out the store was broken. When it was fixed the 50% off sale was removed.

This is in ADDITION to the bug that caused the 50% off sale to end 7 hours early.

I didn't lose anything but do know players that bought zen this morning specifically for the 50% off offer and lost out.

I'm all for a company saying, "Hey guys, we've had some mistakes the last few days so here's a little something for you loyalty" but a 50 pack of keys and vip.... that's just beyond greed.

The 2nd sale bugged a bit by coming on early on the consoles - probably linked with the previous issue. However, as it started working normally at the time it was supposed to start, everyone was able to spend any Zen purchased earlier with the right sale price.
