Item level display

I'm not sure of this is really a bug or if the people y'all have for support are messing with me, but my item level has been dropped on all my characters and now I am unable to run current dungeons and skirmishes and would like to know i was the only one affected by this and for it to be fixed as soon as possible.

    Not just you as soon as I got all of my artifacts to legendary my gear score dropped almost 2000 points

    Make sure you have your companion summoned. Literally dropped over 2k item level when my con artist flew the coop.

    I actually have this issue too, I have a rank 30 (rare) companion summoned and all of her slots are puple, filled up and with enchantments, my item level dropped when i changed from "Fawn (uncommon) rank 25" to her which doesnt make any sense, she should have boosted up my item level, except she dropped it. My friend inspected my companion and she says that the right side three slots are unfilled, which they are filled, i checked her companion and the three slots arent showing. I don't get this at all.
