Disconnecting from shard

Suddenly since yesterday evening I keep getting disconnected from the shard. I log in and within a few minutes it pops up disconnecting and sends me back to the main screen. It doesn't bring up the not responding on the top. When I log back in it repeats this disconnecting over and over within a few minutes.
Things I've tried are resetting my modem and router. I've reinstalled the game.
Speed tests do not suggest a problem and playing other online games such as titanfall work without problem. Streaming Netflix as well works perfectly. My PS4 is hard wired.
I am in Canada if it matters and this problem has never happened before until last night.
Any suggestions?
