Hey guys...do you know if this feat is WAI....I remember reading in Sharp's guide that you couldn't reach the 3 stacks, but that was awhile ago. Have they fixed it since?

It ia not that you can't reach it, the issue is that you are doing less dps if you take the time to activate it, as you could be moving on with your rotation, especially if you take spell twisting.

MoF gain a bit more with it than SS due to how Crit Conflag works; otherwise don't take it.

I played a round with it a bit and I still don't use this as it is not an effective way to be a DPS as a CW.

this feat was perfect modules ago with more monsters than 5 we have now. NOW it can make difference in sp or and fbi if they pull everything.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, vs mobs with decent hit points, like FBI, MSP it seems great, you can use COI and IT, then quickly get 3 chilling clouds off, (of which the 3rd strike is AOE) then use dissentigrate, and ice knife..

Again, if you use spell twisting...do not take this feat regardless of number or health pools of the mobs. Waiting for the third strike is a dps loss.

I agree I recently tested this and also saw a DPS drop.

not fixed. It's not a dps drop if you know how to use it wisely but it's not worth getting over other stuff.
