Clerics: I would like to see Clerics get some useful and effective (damaging)* area-of-effect "at-wills" and "encounters". Some additional party buffs and de-buffs (that are useful) would also be nice.
Mounts & Companions: I would also like to be able to transfer mounts and companions from one character to another that is on the same account.

Clerics have AoEs that do damage. What do you want? Damage on par with a GWF? Clerics have great party buffs/debuffs. Have you ever run 5 man content? Most parties always include at least 1 DC if not 2 because of the buffs/debuffs they bring to the table.

Join the club. Considering the company probably makes a good deal of money from items like keys that drop mounts and companions I don't see why they would ever let you use one mount across all characters much less move your companions. Sure, it would be great for us but it would be bad for their pockets.

Zen account-unlock mounts are likely the reason you won't see mount transfers any time soon. Although they've hinted at maybe one day including an unbinding mechanic (I'd speculate probably with a Zen cost).
Regarding DC damage and buffs debuffs, I'm a tad confused.
On the damage front we got a 30% boost earlier this year. It really helped a lot, and a well-built cleric using a DO Righteous (or AC Righteous if you're geared to the teeth) loadout shouldn't have too much trouble soloing anymore. Chains, Divine Glow, Daunting Light, and to a limited degree Sunburst are great AoE encounters. Could we get more damage? Yeah, you can always get more. But if we got another big boost then DC dps builds would begin to outpace dedicated dps classes and that would likely cause some grief / pushback.
On the buff / debuff front... I'm very confused. DCs are widely regarded as the best buffers in the game. We have phenomenal damage buffs (Break the Spirit, FF, Exaltation, D. Divine Glow, Hallowed Ground). We have the best power sharing in the game (BoB w/ BF, WoL, and AA). We have really strong debuffs in the Righteous tree, with really only CWs outpacing DCs on that front. Adding additional buffs / debuffs is not warranted, and would likely lead to DCs being overpowered relative to other classes.
FWIW, we also have one of the best dodges in the game, with an amazing immunity frame. So again, I'm hesitant to ask for much more right now. DCs are in a really great place ever since loadouts came into existence. My main is a DC.
