Mighty Leap stopped working (PC)

Hi. Pressing the icon or the keyboard shortcut causes the hud reticle to disappear but the ground targeting does not display and clicking to execute does nothing. No other powers can be used until escape is pressed or the key for mighty leap is selected again.

If after pressing the keyboard shortcut for mighty leap I go to a UI menu I can see the ground targeting display in the background, but after clearing the UI the targeting is lost and I still cant execute the ability.

Stolen from @beckylunatic who has a mysterious spider sense for these things.

What will likely fix it is using the "restore defaults" button on the gameplay options UI. I couldn't begin to say why, but this fixes powers that stop working, and you can then proceed to set your keybinds the way you want again.
