    Head inside your guild stronghold, and pull a sharp right. In the corner will be Mr. Decorator Man. If you talk to him you can donate stuff to the warehouse. If you have the right permissions, you can enter decorator mode and the interact with various nodes inside the guild hall to place decorations from your warehouse.
