Quickling Hunt Event in Shrandar

I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen but I've been noticing for the past couple of weeks that every time I participate in the Quickling Hunt event in Sharandar I'm rewarded Grey Wolf Tokens along with the enchantments. Is that supposed to happen or a glitch? Considering it has nothing to do with the Sharandar Campaign.
