Mercenary Outpost Boon is not working I and every member of my guild that has tested this boon does not get any bonus from the stated boon structure bonuses.

Is anyone ells having problems with the crit severity boon not working?

We all have checked our stats activated the boon rechecked the stats and nothing we have logged out and back in the game and still nothing this boon structure is not working we spent allot of time and energy that is now being wasted we even had people leave the guild because they do not want to build a structure that does not work.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated

ps I opened a tick and got no response so that's why I'm posting here.
