just had a discussion with another dc on mmominds about whether BtS stacks. he seemed pretty sure that it does although all related posts here say it doesn't. has anyone resently tested it?

it was tested by @dupeks I believe. The result was it shows up on the buff/debuff bars as multiple stacks but the actual damage reflects only one stack.
