Combat and Powers
Classes and Balance

• Devoted Cleric: Brand of the Sun once again generates Divinity after its target dies.
  
• Powers no longer get stuck in an "invalid" state, resulting in a respec prompt and the inability to properly use Loadouts.

Mounts and Insignias

• Powers: Insignias: Vampire's Craving once again properly triggers when the player triggers a Life Steal effect.
  
• Powers: Insignias: Vampire's Thirst now properly triggers when the player triggers a Life Steal effect.

Items and Economy
Stronghold

• The Travelling Merchant's store now requires a Rank 5 Marketplace to purchase masterwork materials, down from rank 6.
  
• The Mysterious Merchant's store now uses different logic for its stock. This should make it consistently choose items different from the last time the Merchant had arrived.

Preview-only note: We were unable to 100% reproduce the reported issue where the Mysterious Merchant would stock the same set of items week after week. It was technically possible for it to happen, based on the way it was randomized, but it was unlikely to do so multiple weeks in a row. It was a bit more likely for one of the items to be present for multiple weeks.

I acknowledge that this is very, very difficult to verify on the Preview shard. If folks continue to notice issues on the live shard, please let us know; especially useful would be verification of which items were visible the first, second, third, etc. times the Mysterious Merchant was present.
