Personal Greater Stone of Health Cannot be put into Shared Bank or Mailed

Well the title just about sums it all up!
I contacter Arc Support and they told me this must be a bug and to file one here, so I am.

I have an unused, 200/200 charges remaining Personal Greater Stone of Health that I sent through Shared Mail many months ago. I cannot move it back to my Shared Bank, or mail it to my characters or my account.

Errors I received
When attempting to place into the EMPTY slot of my Shared Bank :"Inventory full"
When attempting to mail to myself it can be added to the mail item slot, but when I hit send, no mail is ever sent, and it's still in my inventory, and it does not throw any errors.

It is bugged but you can mail it or move to shared bank. When placing in bank or mail, reduce the counter from 200 down to 1 and it should work.

If I lower it to 1 will it automatically move the 200? I can see why this count would cause an error, interesting idea. Will try and report back!

Hey @zerosystem#0559, is this still a problem for you? We're pretty sure we fixed it with the build that went live on June 20.
