We decided to start adding people to the guild again.
What you get - a scrappy bunch of rag tag people who enjoy a good dungeon, helping each other out and just enjoying the game for what it is. Most of the members are in their 30's-50's and have real lives. Some of us play once a week others live in Neverwinter. The leaders generally have a chat up that is open to any who want to pop in and either play, ask questions, look for advice, or just bs a bit.
We are a Sword in the House Stargaryan Alliance with three guilds below us - Order of the White Rose, Assassins of Purity, and xXDarksidersXx. Alliance chat is active with groups running everything from Malabogs, to FBI and both preplanned and spontaneous Dragonflights, Tiamat and Demo (both versions), and Ladies night is back, currently it's on sundays. There is an alliance facebook page, website (for signing up for things) and discord server if you are interested. We don't require you join any of it - just know it's there.
We currently have the Armor Pen and Defense boons and are almost to getting the Power boon.
Our Guild Requirements:
-Level 70's preferred but not required, we don't really care about item level, but if you got a character to 70 then you have at least played enough to know if you plan on sticking around for a while
-Be open to helping people out and not just guildies - randoms too
-chuck what you can in the mimic - we only grow through donations so if you aren't donating we aren't growing. Everyone likes boons but not everyone can play non-stop so we don't have a minimum requirement. Just do what you can so we can all grow.
-Play nice - The leaders pick up pugs a lot, and many times they aren't good. That's okay - we were all there - help them instead of booting them. We want to be the guild that people are happy to see in a pug because they know that we won't be cursing at them or threatening to kick them just because they have a little trouble at the jumps in Lostmauth.
-If people in game make you angry - make sure your mic isn't plugged in and think twice about ranting in the group chat. Sometimes it's better to abandon the instance then to engage.
-Remember it's a game - everyone should be having fun
-Engage with others in the guild or alliance as much or as little as you want. We don't demand to see you in the chat, but if you need help just ask. And give us a sec to respond - if we are in the middle of a dungeon it might take a second to get a place where we can reply.
-Right now anyone can invite to the guild, so if you join feel free to bring your friends along. When we hit 135+ members we shut it down to only leaders inviting to prevent the alt glitch from happening. After an inactive cull we reopen it.
-No window licking or paint chip eating please
A few rules to the alliance:
-keep your drama out of alliance chat
-Don't start someone else's preplanned event (unless you planned the dragon flight don't hit the button)
-Anyone can plan an event - if you want it on the page for signups just ask one of the guild or alliance leaders
-if you have an issue with someone in the alliance let one of the guild leaders know - we take it to the alliance and the guild leaders sort it all out.
-We are a female heavy guild and alliance - guys please keep that in mind before you post something that you think is funny that your girlfriend might not.
Also know - We don't pay much attention to ranks within the guild.
Recruit = Newly acquired, hasn't donated yet etc
Anything with the word "Member"= Leaders have seen them actively playing and they are donating (we move people up and down in this group if they are glitched and the bank isn't working - they are all the same thing)
Anything with the word "Officer" = People who we may move into top ranks if our leadership leaves, or people who have been here since the start.
Lords= Founders
Kings= The three fools that our original founder pawned this guild off on when he left us to tend his dinosaurs in Ark
