So I bought this pack and created a character, and I am not happy with the class I choose. If I delete this character, will I be able to make a new level 70 character or am I just out the 50 bucks?

If you delete, no new 70 for you. Tough decision for you if you don't like the class. Maybe try a different paragon path first before deciding.
