Legendary Lion Mount active power bug + eye of the giant artefact issue

When I try to use the temporary health from the legendary lion mount (the use-able power every minute) , sometimes it does not actually work, and it still uses up the charge.

From testing i've figured out the following:
- If I use it from a little bit of a distance on enemies, it does not work (and still takes the charge)
- If I use it and instantly put my shield up, it does not work (and still takes the charge)

Also, i feel that the eye of the giant artefact, it takes a little too long to activate, would there be possible to increase its usage speed? (a little difficult to use on orcus if you're the tank)

Please can you fix this as soon as possible.
