My cleric needs help...

My cleric does low damage. I uplvl str and wis at full, also i go full righteous tree and my paragon path is anoited champion. Maybe my fail its the equipment, random stats,not much armor penetration but a lot of power. Actually im lvl 58. I need help for my cleric.

You answered your own question. Not enough Armor Penetration is the biggest problem afflicting leveling toons between 60 and 70, and I recall my DC getting problematic even earlier (55+).

Get rank 7 dark enchantments for all your offensive enchantment slots.

Good answer above. Lack of Arm Pen #1 reason for poor DPS output.
But your toon is still very "young".
At lvl 58 hard to tell how hard you will hit at 70, as you don't have half your hardest hitting spells yet.
When you hit endgame, if damage is your goal, make a RiDO loadout to balance your RiAC original.
The RiDO has more personal damage potential.

Not a lot to go on in your description, if your using Astral Shield and healing spells, yes your damage will be low, so your problem could be your rotation and for leveling DO would surely have been a better option than AC for the flat dps gain vs the stat dependent one.

Its lvl 58, who cares, grind to 70 then worry about stat distribution. It takes less than two days to reach lvl 70, it's hardly worth investing in gears, etc to optimize

secondly as @haden42ee sort of said, you need to learn about stat distribution and your armor pen being low is probably one of your main culprits. If your facing lvl 58 mobs you need 17% resistance ignored. As the levels get higher the amount of resistance ignored required goes up, by the time you reach lvl 70 mobs you will need 25.5% resistance ignored.

And finally, what are you comparing yourself to in determining your dps is low. After all, your still a DC, sub-70 is full of secondary characters with people carrying trans weapons, high ranking enchants, and leveling gear who know the stat distribution. Don't bench mark yourself on them as you can't out gear them or out experience them.
