I have been trying to lodge a ticket in game for GM help.
No categories exist under "Character" but a ticket apparently gets created. On checking my ticket, there is none listed and after waiting weeks, and then days on further attempts, no help is forthcoming.
So, tried to lodge a ticket in Arc Support for help.
On clicking "Contact Support" using the Arc app, after a long wait ... nothing.
On using browser - HTTP 500 Internal server error
On directly entering the link (on mouse over) for "Contact support" I get "page does not exist".

Might try using a VPN to a US / EU endpoint in order to connect...
Also are you sure you don't have any firewall on your side restricting domains? Like content filtering or anything?
In Australia, so what you are saying maybe true - they seem to restrict just about everything here.
As for content filtering or firewall - no problems there either.

I had a guild mate try the help and support out too and he is from the US.
Had the same problems I did ... so NOT locale.
