Siegegebreaker Griffon Binding Mismatch?

I was wanting to ask is the SiegeBreaker griffon that is purchased from the Supply Seargent supposed to bind to character on pickup?

• Siege of Neverwinter Event News Post - This does not specify whether the mount is Bind on pickup, or bind on equip.
  
• Siege of NeverWinter Event In-Game Event Description - This says the Siegegebreaker Griffon is supposed to Bind to Character on equip.
  
• Supply Seargent NPC Store Listing - This says the Siegegebreaker Griffon is Bind to Character on Pickup.
  

Also as a quick Suggestion, I think it would not hurt to increase event items that are Bind to Account on Pickup, and then after Equip it's bound to character. I know that I frequently complete an event with a higher level character, then decide That a lower level character is better suited for the drop.
