Ring Vendor suggestion

Hi all, how many of us waited over a year for a plus five only to get one that was useless for one toon or another?
In some cases some players got multiples of a ring they really could not use and they are pretty useless on companions now.
So how about we have a vendor in PE like the lostmauth Gear trader where we can trade our ring for a more appropriate one at the same level for our toons?

IMHO it would be a major QOL improvement for many of the player base?

    As much as I'd like to see it happen...i will doubt it would ever come to fruition. The Lostmouth Set was nerfed after countless players dedicated millions of RP...so a fair compromise was to allow a trade merchant. I just cant see them opening the door in which trading in stuff one doesn't want for something one does want.

    Personally like to see it though...
