[PC] AMD Drivers "Unsupported Video Card" by current drivers (DX12 based card)

Okay, this is getting very (veery, very, very) old. I haven't played in a few weeks, but the game as always was hounding me about using old drivers when I have the current ones installed. Further, I at least I could bypass the problem in the past. I have an RX 470, latest drivers - all of which are DX12 compliant. So why is this game refusing to load and telling me I need a video card with a minimum of DX10 support to play???

CAN THIS AMD DRIVER BUG BE SQUISHED ONCE AND FOR ALL... :-(

    Fixed... Sort of....Removed and cleaned out the new graphics drivers, install previous ones, now I can play.

    I cant run the game on 4k resolution with my AMD Radeon R9 200 card. I played with every graphics option and found that turning off shadows let me play without crashes for days now. I have all other setting maxed.

    Since I'm a new member and cant open my own post I would like to also mention another problem I'm having. My charecter is missing one level. I'm 67 with 68 skill points and feat points. It happened when i should have hit 24 i lost half a level of exp and stayed 23 well gaining skill point.
