Invite keeps breaking

I am finding that at least 3 or 4 tines a day my invite just stops working. People just don't get my invites. I knows it's happening to others as my alliance keeps having the same issue when trying to set up groups for demo/df/fbi ect... really annoying when you are trying to host heroics in river district and can't invite people.
