Aura of Courage giving damage based on the attackers HP not Paladins

Hello,
Incase this hasn't been noticed yet, Aura of courage bases damage off the attackers hp and not the paladins hp (tooltip says the paladins hp)
I tested this out by having a GWF hit a dummy within my aura and checking the damage and then having them equip the HP boon and then attacking the dummy again. His courage damage went up.
I did the same testing with the Paladin changing his Hp and no change was made to the GWF's damage via aura of courage.

Please fix.

It's been doing this for a while now on PC, which leaves me to believe this is working as intended.

This is something you can manipulate in your favor.

Although I'd like to see it all based on the Pally's HP, you really shouldn't post twice in different sections.
