Bear riders from Marauder's can get loose in the keep. The event seems to not end because the bears are far from the battle.

    Only tangently related, but I find it interesting that they are riding the frost giant pet bears rather than the standard barbarian model. They also have new dialog, referencing black ice, or maybe this was unused from mod 3.

    The event doesn't end cause there are mobs alive - that is how the waves work.
