Decrease in drop rates etc.

I would like to know why you guys have decreased drop rates and chances to upgrade enchantments with preservation wards. I have noticed that I am going through a huge amount of keys and not getting anything.sometimes not even a blue ring..(wth??).. After over 2 yrs of playing your game I have 2 legendary rings. Only 1 was usable..I have ran edemo a million times. Seriously that's terrible! I know ppl who don't have any still..wow.. I just tried to up grade a 11 enchantment to 12..I used well over 100 preservation wards.. I ran out and guess what..its still an 11...what on earth is that all about. I have never had issues with up grading enchantment. I notice when we run dragons in the stronghold I mainly get green mats..used to always be blue. Oh and I haven't received a box of influence in well over 1 month..maybe 2 months..so why has that been decreased too?? If you guys continue to do what your doing you will loose ur long time players eventually. Another mmo will take ur place. I would hate 4 this to happen. I love this game but I am so frustrated. Yes I spend money on your game but I refuse to spend more if you guy are just getting to greedy.I would appreciate some type of acknowledgement to know you guys have heard my concerns.
I do want to add , the guilds and ppl I run with all have the same complaint...this is bigger then u guys think..Thank you!! I love this game please remedy this!!

on some of these items I think you were just lucky although, in general.. the drop rate does seem to have been decreased. dungeons in particular.

I believe the drop rate was turned up in dungeons etc as promised with the change in which chest keys work. However I also believe it was turned back down again after 6 days in the hope that nobody would notice.

I think the initial change to the drop rate was accidentally too high.

I was getting armour, companions and mounts almost daily for that first few days. One day I got two lifesilk spinerets and survivors wraps within the space of four treasure chests. And as much as it was nice to get good rewards almost constantly, it began to feel a bit too easy.

I think it could do to be a smidge better than it is now, but not back to just after the key change.

I think you were just lucky at first too. a lot were not so lucky and I still see people having runs of luck that are good. it's all rng. although some things seem much worse than they should be imo. plus fives should be a tad more common. superiors should be a tad more common.

At Gold, I don't really mind +5's being scarce, they are "Luxury" items. (Though the only ones I've ever had were next to useless...) But completely agree with Superiors, they are part of the refining process and while they should be more rare than Greater, I think they could be a bit more frequent.
