[PC] Massive lags, disconnections and sudden performance drops.

Hi everybody, since the may 11 update my game turned completly unplayable- every 3-4 seconds im getting server not responding message for several seconds and constantly rubberbanding,giantly. Ping in game (/netgraph 1) shows usualy normal ping ~150, but often jumps to 500+ or even 3k+, and another odd thing is that one of my 4 cores is always at 100% with neverwinter now (no matter if graphics are set high or low), other games run smooth and well and no connection problems elswhere either. Ive been playing this game for over 4 years now... never had such an issue :(
System specs: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
Intel Core i5-3570 @ 3,40GHz
8 GB RAM

    Hi, i contacted support and sent some files on request, then in a few days the problem was gone.
