Phoenix Vanguard (GH9) Recruiting IL 2K+

Hello. I'm Oni, a co-founder and officer of Phoenix Vanguard. We are a relatively young, but highly active guild. Since our founding in January we've already reached GH9, and have been promoted to a Sword spot in our current alliance with Total Annihilation (GH 17). We currently have 2K Armor Pen and 2K Defense boons, and are working toward a Power boon, as well.
We're a semi-mature guild of mainly 21+ members that are most active between 5PM-12AM EST. We value community, communication, and participation. We've grown to the point where we need to be somewhat selective in our recruiting process, so we have created a minimum item level requirement of 2,000. This is to make sure that we are able to run as much end-game content with you as possible, and should be fairly easy to achieve once hitting 70.
Rules - we have very few, but here they are:
M-F: We offer scheduled alliance-wide Influence and Dragonflight runs @ 5PM and 9PM EST. We encourage you to run influence whenever you are available, but don't have a quota.
SAT: We vote weekly on our guild website to determine what we do here... could be running events, campaigns, Tiamat, mDemo, etc.
SUN: Dungeons & Dragons Day! We run as many dungeons as possible with guild members. We also organize regular dragon farms in Well of Dragons to help members with refinement, and to help the guild with Tyranny donations (only donate what you can!).
Our Community
We have a PSN Community page established that our members use as both a bulletin board, and also an easy way to create/join PSN chat parties that contain other guild members - this makes it easier to find your guild mates and play without having to +Friend 150 people. We also have a website where we post announcements, useful docs, builds, and guides @ phoenixvanguard.shivtr.com.

- Have a mic, and be active in PSN chat whenever possible.
- Keep in-game Alliance chat PG. Some of the other guilds might have younger members, and a few streamers, as well.
- Don't rip off alliance members with bogus trades (including posting them in Alliance). Play nice in the sandbox please.
- Don't be malicious. We joke around a lot, and have crude senses of humor, but if someone asks you to stop on a certain topic, you stop.
- Donations: 1 weekly email with 5x blue salvage worth approximately 10K RAD sent to a Rank 6 or Rank 7 guild officer. These items are refined, and the AD is pooled in order to make purchases for things like vouchers and stronghold packs. Extra items (like the bag from the starter pack) are given away in raffles.
