Which item do i need to do a gender change? Can it be done with the change appearance token??

There a change appearance token, but I do not remember if it allow you to rename your character.

You still can, but as far as I'm aware it's the only way to change your gender. Essentially you get a free base ability reroll, a race reroll(if you want it), and a name change from the 'race reroll token'.

Simply put Race Reroll token, then pick human again, and the other gender, boom... : 3

Warning: Neverwinter does not recognize gender reassignment. When doing an emote, ones that identify gender will recognize your original gender. For example: Sarah checks his gear. Mark checks her gear.

Noticed this too, actually thought it was pretty funny first time I saw it.
