Whats your thoughts on pvp boons count towards your Item Level & Thoughts on the new canpaign window

Noticed that some of the end game Item Level is around 15k(pve oriented), will the addition of pvp boons to item level give better queue on pvp maps? New campaign window is so badly made in a visual way, added them to log/journal book shape , it became so blend white shaped, we need some colouring to it, its awfull to look to all campaigns like im looking to an enciclopedia , very disspointed with that, what you all?
