Missing Claimables

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Ever since the most recent patch hit a bunch of items that where claimable via the Rewards Claims Agent have disappeared despite me not having collected them in this particular case its mostly items from the Dragonborn Legend pack that gave out small cosmetic items such as the Wings of Bahamut, Fang of Bahamut, tears of Bahamut etc. Has anyone else had items disappear in this fashion?

    Short answer, yes I have.

    Long answer, I just notice a short time ago when I started a new character for storage and noticed you can't get anything from reward agent until you finish first knox quest (Don't like this change) and when I finally could go, there were things missing, the same things you listed.

    Thats relieving to hear I noticed the oddity when I looked with my OP and decided to try and check with my HR main both having these said items missing none of which I ever claimed
