Display Name Option Bug

I am trying to change my option for my character's displayed name from never to always. The steps I take are as follows:
Step 1: open options menu.
Step 2: select interface tab.
Step 3: open HUD section.
Step 4: Scroll to bottom of HUD section to find 'Yourself' sub section.
Step 5: open drop down box for 'Show your name' to see the 3 options of 'Mouse Over', 'Recently Damaged' and 'Always'

At this point I have the problem of only being able to select 'Mouse Over' as neither of the other 2 options will highlight and trying to select them anyways results in opening the Chat section (as clicking the 'Recently Damaged' is right over that section heading and the mouse seems to click through the open drop down box) or the drop down box closes as clicking on the 'Always' option is over nothing and thus acts like clicking outside the drop down box.

My display resolution is 1920 x 1080.

The following image is from 3 screenshots that I have pasted together. In the first section you can see that the 'Mouse Over' option is highlighted, in the second section you can see that the Chat bar is highlighted and even the Chat options tool tip is displayed, and in the third section you can see the mouse is over the 'Always' option and yet it is not highlighted.

A workaround that I just figured out is to resize the interface. Go to the Interface tab then open the General section and the 2nd option is to resize your interface. I have done this twice, once I just shrunk the interface to 50% then next time for some reason 50% didn't work but I found 63% did. I just played around with the interface size until the 'Always' option was above the Chat section bar.

This bug has been around for years - another workaround once you have it on one character is to copy your interface across.
