EoE cant confirm this.

Normally I have no probs daily getting 5+ EoE on top of my 25.

Today, not a single EoE w 5 to 10 of each event HE, side quest, dungeon portal after patch.

Others were reporting same in zone chat while a few said they did in fact get some.

Drop rates reduced or did an accidental cooldown kick-in for random accounts?

    They gave you your armor, the trade off was no EoE :)
