screen shake for CW

Please remove the screen shake that was added to the spells for CW. This is quite visually annoying.

For one of the most common configuations of CW we're now looking at 3 screenshakes every 10 seconds. This doesn't make anything look better, and is just annoyingly repetitive and somewhat nauseating.

    Its an option in the Options. Under Gameplay.

    I think I had it disabled, but Shroud reset everything. First cast of Steal Time sent me looking for the option to disable.
