How Do You Uninstall and Re-Install ARC and Neverwinter?

The directions on how to do this are completely 100% useless. For Neverwinter, they refer to an Icon that does not exist, and for ARC they refer to a directory and uninstall program neither of which exist. I want to reinstall both because Neverwinter puts a combination of about 15 error messages and DLL's on my desktop every time I launch it. Oddly, the game still plays correctly, but clearly something is wrong.

I would submit a ticket, but I have never received a response to any ticket I have ever submitted, so I am trying the forums in the hope that someone can help.

    Use your computer's Add/Remove Program utility and then re-download from the website.
