Hello,
I believe that First Time Buyer's Pack's description on Zen Market is really misleading. Here's the screenshot.
As you can see there is not a word about Steam payments not counting towards this pack. The only way you can know this is only through search or by reading a fine print in the corresponding article.

Do ZEN purchases using ARC points not count for the first timers pack as well?

I made the purchase with my accumulated points, got the ZEN, but no first timers credit.

Or am I just being too impatient? I logged out and back on after the purchase, saw the ZEN and checked for the pack.
