Transcendent Dread enchantment bug.

Transcendent Dread enchantment deals part of its damage as weapon damage.
This little hits coming from the enchantment can't crit like all the other weapon enchantments instead do:
holy avenger, bilethorn, flaming, terror, feytouch, lightning and all others to name few of them

Moreover the weapon damage value does not scale with power like all the other enchantments named above

THat is the design devs wanted dread and vorpal because they have critical severity boost + some debuff both have they are excluded from the other enchants rule.
Holy avenger for example has a buff with 45 second cooldown and 15 sec duration while a dread on a critical build is 90 to 100% +75% severity on encounters + double debuff.

something to specify it on the tooltip then would be appreciated.
since dread is the only weapon enchantment with a dot acting differently
