[PC] Cannot complete areas and claim rewards from Sybella

I stopping playing for a few years but got back into Neverwinter around a year ago. I decided to level up my TR and she did the quest for Sybella all fine - what isnt fine is alot of the areas from earlier on I obviously did not complete as in my campaign window I have not claimed my reward from her for them.

My question is how do I re-activate these areas so I can complete them to claim my reward and get the satisfaction of having all the lower level areas completed? I have run around in these areas and talked to people but no-one will give me the quests
