Heroics in River District bugged

For the "Counterattack" Heroics that pop up by the portals to the lairs, i.e. gyrions tower, they get stuck at 13 of 23 enemies killed and can't be finished because the enemies do not spawn in. This happens at Gyrions and Kabals Counterattacks, not sure about Nosturas.

Nostura Counter attack is bugged too.

It stuck on 27 of 30. Last 3 wont appear. But guess GM does not matter for this or any bug game has.
