What all procs this? Only healing from other sources? Or self healing as well? Like life steal, mount insignia bonuses, or feats that heal our selves?

Any one know? Thanks in advance!

    Anything that heals you, Powers, Life Steal, Set Bonuses, Regen or other players.

    I often Proc. it off Oak Skin when I have Binding Arrow slotted on my HR.
