Bounty Profession Packs not giving correct loot.

The profession packs that you get from bounty vendors are only giving 1 of a single item instead of the listed values which are: 5-7 common profession resource + 1 residuum (spelling typo) + one of following 1 rare profession resource or 2 uncommon profession resource.
