Spell plague unlock (Master)

I'm just curious on how exactly you go about unlocking it. Do you have to completely finish every investigate, confront, and boon task in the campaign?

    On PC, you need to complete all 3 confront tasks. Boons are independent and can be left for later.

    I think unlocking all three is too much with the 30 - 45 EoE that you can get through hard grinding. One tree that you pick should have been enough.

    Then again, it lets everyone get their weapons or boons before that content becomes common to all and chat is filled with "lfg spellplague" vice "lfg ship/he/dig sites" I am guessing it was a way to slow everyones roll.
