Holy Avenger with Slow Powers

At this point I feel like all enchants probably have something wrong when used with powers that have an invisible "slow" scaling, but I will keep reporting these anyways, since they all seem a little bit different. Powers with invisible "slow" scalings do not benefit from the Holy Avenger Buff.
I began this ACT as the Holy Avenger buff started
